Section 26

According to this Act, the Government of Nepal may cancel the Bibhushan granted to any Nepali citizen or foreigner in the following cases:
(a) If he raises arms against Nepal or makes an attempt to raise them or if he gives assistance to an enemy state in any way or if he espies against Nepal,
(b) If during a war in which Nepal also participates, it participates in the war on behalf of the enemy state of Nepal,
(c) If the jewels received by him are sold or pawned,
(If the person uses the jewelry in a way that violates the dignity of the jewelry received or allows someone to use it.
(2) If any jewel is canceled according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall issue a public notice for the information of the general public, including the name of the person who will receive the jewel and the canceled jewel.
